Authentication providers

Auth servers used by Private Web: name, authorize URL, token URL, user-info URL, client secret, scopes. Search, column sort, paging.

Add provider: name, logo, authorize endpoint and extra query, token method, user-info method and GET/POST, extra query, client id and secret, scopes, field mapping → Save.

Row actions: edit, show/hide on the service sign-in screen, rotate secret, field mapping, delete with confirmation.
