EKP Dialog

The server side of the corporate messenger. The stand hosts chats, rooms, sharing policies, and accounts. EKP Web and EKP Lite connect to this stand and show messenger with SSO.

EKP Dialog does not replace the browser or the mobile app. It is the communications contour that workplaces connect to.

What the stand provides

• corporate chats and rooms inside the organization perimeter;
• single sign-on through Private Web: employees do not create a separate messenger account;
• Matrix accounts in the Private Web person directory;
• one connection point for EKP Web (browser) and EKP Lite (mobile app).

Product line

• EKP Dialog - messenger server.
• EKP Web - protected browser; Dialog pane after connecting to the stand.
• EKP Lite - mobile app; Dialog tab after connecting to the stand.
• Private Web - IAM: SSO, people, rights for services and spaces.

For administrators

1. Deploy an EKP Dialog stand in the organization contour.
2. Bind identity to Private Web (auth providers, person directory, Matrix accounts).
3. Give clients the stand address: EKP Web and EKP Lite connect to it, not to a public SaaS.
4. Configure the service set in Private Web spaces. They appear in Web and Lite by employee clearance.
